Complete Cricket was formed in 2017 by Grant Lambert and Mitchell Yearsley to address what they saw as a lack of available cricket facilities and coaching services in their local area of North West Sydney.
In doing so they established some clear objectives and goals for the business and its associated Training Centre located in Riverstone.
Complete Cricket aims to:
- Provide exceptional quality coaching for boys, girls, men and women of all ages and skill levels.
- Focus on enjoyment whilst also learning, developing and refining both new and existing skill sets.
- Continually develop and invest in our own coaches. This is to ensure the most up to date training philosophies and techniques are available to our players and affiliated clubs.
- Help to develop the game at grass roots level by introducing as many boys and girls to the game as possible, whilst helping clubs to develop their coaches.
- Take a holistic approach by encompassing not only technical aspects but also strength and conditioning and psychological components of the game. This is to ensure we give players the best chance of becoming a “Complete Cricketer”.
Our Experience
Grant gathered a wealth of experience from his time playing for NSW and has since gone on to become a Level 3 CA accredited coach involved with various elite programs at The Hills Sports High School, Sydney University and NSW Cricket Junior Representative teams.
Coupled with Mitchell’s experience as a Junior Representative Coach and Development Officer with Cricket NSW, Complete Cricket has something for players, coaches, clubs and schools alike.
